Griffonia simplicifolia seeds are the richest natural source of 5-HTP. 5-HTP is the precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin and subsequently, the hormone that aids sleep, melatonin. 

This plant-sourced supplement is derived from sustainable Griffonia simplicifolia seeds. Griffonia simplicifolia is a woody climbing shrub native to West and Central Africa. It grows to about three metres tall and bears green flowers followed by black seed pods.
