Milk thistle contains the active ingredients silymarin which has liver-protecting properties. It has traditionally been used as a general liver tonic to flush out toxins and boost liver function, to support detox and to help with the symptoms of a hangover.
Take 15 - 30 drops, 2 -3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children under 12, half adult amount. Please shake bottle before use to distribute the natural lipids in suspension.
