Directions

As a food supplement:

FOR ADULTS

  • Take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food

FOR CHILDREN

  • 2-7 years, take half a teaspoon daily
  • 8-11 years, take one teaspoon daily
  • 12-16 years, take two teaspoons daily
  • Not suitable for children under 2 years

Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
