This fine dark chocolate, with its delicately spicy salty aroma, transports you to the natural Mallorcan beach of Playa d'Es Trenc. This is where the hand-harvested speciality salt comes from, crystallising into beautiful blossoms in the salt pans. Combined with the high proportion of aromatic organic Panamanian cocoa and the slightly malty, caramelly note of coconut blossom sugar, an exciting interplay of flavours emerges.
