Packed full of peanuts, sesame and chilli this devastatingly delicious condiment fuses Japanese, Chinese and Korean flavours with echoes of umami.
We start by gently frying some garlic so its crisp and crunchy. we roast peanuts and sesame and then add gochugaru ( Korean Chilli Flake) and a house-blend of chilli into the mix. We've got some agave in there to bring sweetness and tamari brings the salt.
Give your vegetables a kick, jazz up a stir-fry, eggs or avocado on toast. Rumour has it it's great with a steak or (shhh!)... just eat straight from the jar.
